1. The defendant has pleaded guilty to a single charge of dealing with property known or believed to represent the proceeds of an indictable offence. This is contrary to the Organised and Serious Crimes Ordinance, Cap 455. The total of money involved is $5,577,394.3 and the offence was committed between 13 October 2022 and 9 December 2022.
