(“United”) agent of the landlord owner Yu Shu Kuen Denis (“Mr Yue”, “Landlord”) of the suit premises 2/F, No. 318 Nathan Road, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon, Hong Kong (“Property”) to recover arrears of rent and vacant possession from the tenant Gurung Shyam Prasad (“Respondent”).
