1. The 1 st applicant is the mother of the 2 nd applicant, who is a minor and joined as a party in this action. On behalf of herself and the 2 nd applicant, the 1 st applicant applies for withdrawal of the application for judicial review of the Board’s Decision. As such, the applicants’ application is devoid of merit.
