1. 原告人是被告人的妹夫。因為被告人工作的關係，與訟雙方取得南丫島碼頭雜貨士多的經營權。其後雙方同意以合伙的形式經營以上的士多業務，而有關的士多(名叫「中途站」)亦在1999年6月6日開業。
