These proceedings relate to a “ramp-and-dump” scheme (“ the Scheme ”) concerning the manipulation of the market for shares in Grand Talents Group Holdings Limited (“ Grand Talents ”) (stock code: 8516) between 16 June 2021 and 15 June 2022 (“ Relevant Period ”).
