1. On 4 July 2025 Master Michael Lok made an order that the Amended Statement of Claim (“ ASOC ”) be struck out on the ground that it discloses no reasonable cause of action against the 1 st Defendant and the Plaintiff’s action as against the 1 st Defendant be dismissed. The Plaintiff has appealed.
