JUDGMENT

-----------------

Huggins,J:

1. The appellant appeals against a sentence of six months' imprisonment for unlawful possession of dangerous drugs.

2. This is the usual case where a very small quantity of drugs was found upon the person of the appellant. He had five previous convictions for dangerous drugs offences in addition to two offences of loitering and one of larceny. Under no circumstances can it be said that six months' imprisonment is a day too long.

3. The appeal is dismissed.

28th April, 1969.
