1. In this action, the Plaintiff is repeating the same case he has pleaded in High Court Action No.13938/97. That case was struck out for disclosing no reasonable cause of action and the Plaintiff's application for leave to appeal to the Court of Final Appeal was rejected.

2. It is an abuse of the process of the Court to litigate again the same matter which had been struck out. The present action was, in my view, properly struck out by the Master and the appeal is dismissed.
