1. The Applicant was convicted after a trial before Deputy Judge Lung of trafficking in a quantity of dangerous drugs. To be specific he was convicted of trafficking in 75.94 grams of a mixture containing 33.61 grams of heroin hydrochloride. He was sentenced to five years' imprisonment. He now seeks leave to appeal against both his conviction and sentence.
