1. In 1986, Quitsubdue Ltd ("the Taxpayer") bought all the units in two buildings, No. 42 and No. 44 Cameron Road, in Tsimshatsui, Kowloon. In 1987, it started the process of redeveloping the properties. A new commercial building was built, for which an Occupation Permit was obtained in 1994. Thereafter the Taxpayer has been renting out the units in the building.
