The judgment was granted in July 2001. A statutory demand was served on the Company in July as well and that was not satisfied. The petition was presented in August 2001. No affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Company and no application for leave has been made on behalf of the Company to represent itself. 2.On 24 December 2001, a director appeared in court and said that there was, he hoped, going to be a new investor in the Company and I gave him time to instruct solicitors or to get leave from the Registrar to represent the Company and to file such affidavits as the Company wished to do. 3.However, today the Company has not appeared whether by a director or by solicitors and there has been no affidavit filed. There are no supporting or opposing creditors or contributories. In the circumstances, I will give the usual winding up order.
