This is an application by the Secretary for Justice for the 1st respondent, the Sun News Publisher Limited, and the 2nd respondent, Lee Chung Pak, to be punished for their contempt of court in relation to two articles published in the Sun newspaper on 21 and 22 March 2001. These articles were published during the criminal trial of Lam Shing Tak in High Court Criminal Case No. 57 of 2000 in the Court of First Instance for the murder and kidnapping of a four year-old boy.
