1. This is a petition brought by Sanwa Finance Hong Kong Limited based on an unpaid debt of about $300,000. The Debtor does not dispute the existence of the debt. He is employed as a merchandising agent and earns $15,000 a month. Although he is willing to make a monthly payment of $10,000 to the Petitioner, there is in fact a second petition filed against him by the China State Bank.
