1. This is an appeal by way of case stated from the decision of the Board of Review of 20 January 1998 dismissing the Appellant Taxpayer's appeal against the assessments made by the Deputy Commissioner of Inland Revenue for additional taxes, which assessments were issued on 20 August 1996.
