The Petitioner was the landlord of the premises known shop as No. 7A , Ground Floor, Bank of America Tower, No. 12 Harcourt Road, Central, Hong Kong ("the Property") which was let to Silverhand Limited ("Silverhand") by a tenancy agreement dated 21 April 1997. The duration of the lease was for three years and it was to expire on 20 April 2000.
