1. On the 28th May, 1973, at about 2.30 p.m. the plaintiff was a passenger in a vehicle AV5841 driven by the 1st defendant and owned by the 2nd defendant. The vehicle was going along a road within the construction area of the High Island Reservoir, New Territories - it ran off that road into a field and caused injury to the plaintiff.
