1. This is an action for possession of the premises known as No.9 Kingston Street, Clarke Mansion, Flat D, 1st floor, Causeway Bay hereinafter referred to as "the premises". The facts which are not disputed and therefore common ground between the plaintiff and the defendant are as follows:-
