I have before me applications by Mr Choy Yau Sang, the Petitioner in two Petitions presented on 18 June 2002 seeking the winding up of Luckson Ltd and Shing Yip Ltd ("the Petitions"), for the appointment of provisional liquidators in respect of both companies pending the hearing of the Petitions.
