1. In the early afternoon of Sunday 9th September 1981, two vehicles followed with one another for some considerable distance up Route Twisk. They were both travelling in the direction of Sek Kong. The leading vehicle was a Honda motor cycle ridden by the plaintiff, who was then a school teacher aged 54. Second vehicle was a B.
