1. On 8 May 2001 the plaintiff was injured when a private car, owned by the 2nd defendant and driven by the 1st defendant collided with taxi in which she was a passenger. The plaintiff on 20 July 2002 issued her writ and statement of claim against the 1st and 2nd defendants and a notice to insurer to the 3rd defendant as the 2nd defendant's insurer.
