1. This action arises out of an industrial accident on 20 January 2001. At the relevant time, the Plaintiff was employed as a barbecue meat chef by the Defendant to work in a restaurant at 52 Coi Yuen Lok Tsuen, Sha Tau Kok, New Territories.
