1. The Plaintiff has sued the Defendant for $200,000 being the alleged cost of yarn sold and delivered by the Plaintiff to the Defendant. The writ was issued on 5th October 1991 and on 9th November 1991 the Defendant applied under s.6 of the Arbitration Ordinance, Cap. 341 for a stay of these proceedings in favour of arbitration.
