J U D G M E N T

1. This is an appeal by the Defendant against the order of Master Chu that he be restrained from receiving compensation from the Director of Accounting Services to the amount of slightly over $1/2 million pursuant to an order for mesne profits and taxed costs the Plaintiff obtained in the present action.

2. The Defendant opposed this application by repeating what he had said before Master Chu about the negligence of his former solicitor Cheng Ka Fu and about political party's conspiracy against him, about his complaint against the Commissioner of Police Mr. Hui and the delay of the Legal Aid Department in refusing the grant of legal aid to him.

3. These are matters not relevant to the present application by the Plaintiff. As he was acting in person I tried to explain to him that if he was aggrieved by the action of his former solicitor Cheng Ka Fu and as a result he suffered loss and damage he should sue his solicitors for negligence but that is not the reason to set aside the order of Master Chu.

4. He insisted in airing his grievances in court.

5. There is nothing in what he has said which justified the reversal of Master Chu's order. I therefore dismissed his appeal with costs.
