These are my reasons for dismissing an application by the defendant for the setting aside of an order made by me on 5th December 1994 giving leave to enforce an arbitration award made against the defendant made by the China International Economic Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), as well as the judgment which as a result of my order was entered on 5th December 1994.
