1. I have before me an application under s.29 of the Arbitration Ordinance to extend the time for commencing arbitration. I heard argument on 30th April 1993 and announced that I granted this application and I ordered the plaintiffs do pay the defendants costs on a solicitor and own client basis. I said I would reduce my reasons into writing which I now do.
