1. The Applicant is an asylum-seeker from Vietnam. She is 25 years old and single. She came to Hong Kong with members of her family. The whole of the family were refused refugee status by the Director of Immigration and the Refugee Status Review Board. They are now awaiting repatriation to Vietnam, though an elder sister of the Applicant has already been returned to Vietnam with her husband.
