This is an application by the Defendant to set aside the judgment obtained by the Plaintiffs on 23rd November 1999 pursuant to an application under Rule 27 of the then District Court Civil Procedure (General) Rules. The Defendant did not appear in the hearing of the said application, and judgment was therefore obtained by the Plaintiffs in default.
