1. Chim Pui Chung is a member of the Legislative Council. On 1st August, he was convicted of an offence of conspiracy, and two days later he was sentenced to 3 years' imprisonment. He has applied for leave to appeal against his conviction and sentence, and that application is due to be heard on 12th November.
