This is an appeal from an order of Master Jack Wong made on 19 August this year whereby he gave the solicitors' firm Deacons leave to cease to act for the Defendants, who are also solicitors, in three related actions in which the Defendants are said to have acted negligently in the conduct of conveyancing instructions on behalf of the Plaintiffs in these actions.
