1. By a summons dated 24 June 2003 the 1st defendant (the "Bank") applied for the discharge of the injunction order dated 4 April 2001 as varied by the order of Chung J dated 23 May 2001 (the "Injunction"). On 16 April 2004 I heard the application and discharged the injunction. I now give reasons.
