Kindly note the following corrections in the Judgment of the above case delivered by the Court of Appeal on 23rd January 2001:

Page 19, lines B-C, the 8th word "August" be substituted by "September" so that the sentence should read "........... the market value of the shop on 2 September was $63m" and Page 20, lines M-N, the 14th word "August" be also substituted by "September" so that the sentence should read "........... at the rate of 10.5% from 3 September 1997 when the writ was issued ..............".
