Kindly note that the following corrections in the Judgment of the above mentioned case delivered by His Honour Judge Carlson on 2nd May, 2002:-

1. The name of the deceased as appeared in the heading is amended to read as "Fong Seh" instead of "Fong Sze".

2. The name of the 3rd Defendant as appeared in the heading is amended to read as "Asia Building Limited" instead of "Asis Build Limited".

3. The sum of "$336,476.38", wherever appears in the judgment, is amended to read as "366,476.38".
