Notice is hereby given that the followings are amended in the Judgment dated 13 August 2003 : -

1. Paragraph 43 should be deleted and substituted by

43.

The total sum awarded to the Plaintiff is thus as follows : $180,000 + $3,675 + $5,000 + $5,640 + $36,267 (agreed pre-trial loss), which gives a total of $230,582. After taking into account of the 15% contributory negligence, the net sum is $195,994.70. And then deducting the ECC award therefrom in the sum of $85,317, the net amount payable is $110,677.70.

2. The name of Defendant should be changed to EastPoint Property Management Ltd.
