Please kindly note the following amendments in the Judgment:

1. The 10th line of paragraph 1, the word "corporate" be added before and the word "only" be added after the word "defendant". The sentence should read as "...apply for summary judgment against the corporate defendants only under Order 14, Rules...".

2. The sentences "These applications do not concern the individual defendant, Mr Lau Hei Wing ("Mr Lau"). He is in the Mainland and has not been served with the writ." be added at the end of paragraph 1.

3. The 4th line of paragraph 3, "...its director, Mr Lau Hei Wing ("Mr Lau").", the words "Hei Wing ("Mr Lau")" be deleted.

4. The 9th line of paragraph 28, the words "and Mr Lau" be deleted. The sentence should read as "...against Synergy Property for the sum...".

5. The 15th line of paragraph 28, the words "against Synergy Property" be added after "the costs of the action". The sentence should read as "...also have the costs of the action against Synergy Property...".

6. The 22nd line of paragraph 28, the words "and Mr Lau" be deleted. The sentence should read as "...against Synergy Finance for the sum...".

7. The last sentence of paragraph 28, the words "and against Mr Lau on a party and party basis" be deleted.

8. The second last sentence of paragraph 30, the sentence "I will accordingly give the defendants..." should read as "I will accordingly give Synergy Finance unconditional leave to defend the 1st action."
