1. The Tribunal has made the following amendments to P.4, paragraph 4 of the Judgment delivered on 15th October 2001("the Judgment"): -

(a) Overpayment of management fees "$40,844" be amended to read as "$14,844";

(b) Wasted time "(18 hours at $1,800 per hour) $32,400" be amended to read as "(48 hours at $1,800 per hour) $86,400"; and

(c) The total Amount "$92,854" be amended to read as "$120,854".

2. The calculation in paragraph 4 of the Judgment is accordingly amended to read as follows : -
