It has been brought to my attention that there is a mathematical error in the award of special damages to the 1st Plaintiff. The correct figure should be $155,639 not $145,639.

The award for special damages to the 1st Plaintiff is therefore $155,639 and the total award is $583,799. The award to the first Plaintiff and the total in the summary at Page 41 is also, accordingly, increased by $10,000.
