Kindly note the following amendment (as underlined) in the above judgment :

(1) The last third sentence of paragraph 10 at page 4:

'The Plaintiff then executed a Power of Attorney in favour of the 2nd Defendant for sale of the 1st Property.'

(2) The third line from the top of page 7 :

"Secondly, in answering my questions, the 1st Defendant told me that there was no agreement on how the sale proceeds were to be divided."

(3) Paragraph 23 at page 10 :

"I therefore order that the 1st Defendant do pay HK$1,295,362.50, together with interest thereon at the Savings Interest Rate as quoted by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited from time to time and accrued from 1st August 1995 (the date after the completion of the sale of the 1st Property) to the date of judgment to the Plaintiff."

(4) The last sentence of paragraph 24 at page 11:

"I should also mention that I do not think that the complexity of this hearing warrants the attendance of counsel and appearance of a solicitor for the Plaintiff should have been sufficient."
