In the Judgment delivered on 24th February 1989 :

(1)     page 4, line 16, the 7th word should read "is" instead of "we". The whole line should now read "that what is necessary is what is sometimes called ...";

(2)     page 5, 2nd line, the word "not" be added after "described"; and

(3)    page 5, line 14, the line starting with the words "two signatories", the 5th word "on" be deleted and substituted the word "and".
