Kindly note the following corrections in the Judgment of the above case delivered by the Court of Appeal on 8 February 2002: -

1. Paragraph 2

Commencing from the last sentence of the 2nd Paragraph, it should read as follows:

"She is now renewing her application for leave to appeal out of time. She has not attended court today. A telephone message was received by the court that she has overslept. We decided to proceed with this application notwithstanding her absence."

2. Name of parties

It should read:

"Plaintiff, in person, absent

Defendant, in person, absent"
