J U D G M E N T

1.The Appellant was convicted after trial of a single charge of injecting a dangerous drug.

2.As he was entitled to do, the Magistrate accepted the evidence of the sole prosecution witness but rejected that of the Appellant. On that evidence the conviction was inevitable.

3.The appeal is dismissed.
