1.At paragraph 1 on page 1, the 2^nd line should read:

“the sum of HK$797,900, being the balance of the price of work done”.

2.At paragraph 17 on page 6, the 3^rd line should read:

“foreman of Wing Hong and was in charge of the Sheung Shui site on behalf”.

3.At paragraph 26 on page 9, the 1^st line should read:

“Siu also denied that he had on one occasion given cash to TK Chan”. 

4.At paragraph 28 on page 10, the 6^th line should read:

“for and on behalf of Wing Hong. Secondly, the 2^nd Quotation likewise did”.
