In this action the Plaintiff claims against the Defendant for damages incurred for personal injuries sustained in a slip and fall accident that took place on 24 th April 1998 at the entrance ‘run-in’ of the Caltex Petrol Station at Shops G17 to G20, Ground Floor, Tai On Building, 57-87 Shau Kei Wan Road, Hong Kong (‘the said petrol station’).
