1. The plaintiff and the defendant entered into a tenancy agreement dated 19 th June, 2000 in respect of shops G7, G8 and G9 on the Ground Floor of Mirror Tower, 61 Mody Road, Tsimshatsui East, Kowloon. The term was for three years from 3rd June, 2000 to 2 nd June, 2003 and at a monthly rental of HK$70,000 payable in advance on the 1 st day of each calendar month.
