By his amended petition in these proceedings, Mr Lei Zi Shen (“Mr Lei”) seeks the winding up of Tai-Ao Aluminium Group Limited (“the Company”) on the just and equitable ground pursuant to section 177(1)(f) of the Companies Ordinance.
