Maintenance – Variation of Order – Matrimonial Proceedings and Property Ordinance (Cap 192) s.11 – Husband’s income and expenses – Wife’s income and needs – Application dismissed. The Petitioner (Husband) applied to reduce the maintenance payable to the Respondent (Wife) under s.11 of the Matrimonial Proceedings and Property Ordinance (Cap 192). The Court considered the Husband's income stability, new family expenses following remarriage, and health issues. The Court found the Husband had sufficient surplus income after reasonable expenses and the Wife's income was unstable. The application was dismissed and the existing maintenance order of HK$3,000 per month was upheld. The Husband was ordered to pay the costs of the application.
