Kindly note corrections has been made to the Chinese Judgment dated 28 April 2006 by Mr Recorder Edward Chan, SC as follows : -

1.Page 6, at line H of paragraph 3, 「須退還的每月奬金和」appearing in the left hand column should be deleted and 「須退還的每月奬金和」should appear at the top of the right hand column above 「實際簽名費的百份比」 

2.Page 7, at line C of paragraph 5, " clause 7 " should read " by clause 6(a) ".

3.Page 7, at line E of paragraph 5, " 58,816 " should read "585,816".

4.Page 7, at line Q of paragraph 6, "48,848" should read "48,818".   

5.Page 13, at line T of paragraph 18, "頓況" should read "情況"

6.Whole paragraph 3, "Letter of Undertaking ("LOU') should be replaced by "Letter of Understanding" and the Chinese translation should appear as " 諒解書 " instead of  " 承諾書 "  in the whole paragraph.

Please also note that the correspondent parts on the English version judgment is to be amended accordingly.
