4) Page 17, delete the last line – “Dated the 28^th day of April 2006”.

5) Page 17, below the signature of Master Roy Yu, the name of “(Master Roy Yu)” should be written separately on two lines, i.e. “(Roy Yu)” on the first line and “Master” on the second line.
