1. This is an application by the 2 nd defendant to stay proceedings issued by the plaintiff in favour of arbitration. The 1 st defendant has consented to the stay in advance of the hearing. At the conclusion of the hearing I granted the application with costs to the 2 nd defendant. I now give brief reasons.
