1. The Plaintiff on 4 May 2002 was walking on the pavement of Yen Chow Street. She was injured when a light goods vehicle driven by the 1 st Defendant rammed into the railing at the edge of the pavement. As a result the railing came off and hit the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff was thereby injured.
