3. At page 6, paragraph 14, line six: “Green Villas” should read “Greenland Villas”;

4. At page 9, paragraph 18, line one: “Mr. Kwok relies on heavily on” should read “Mr. Kwok relies heavily on”;

5. At page 10, paragraph 22, line two: “they consist of loss two months’ rentals” should read “they consist of the loss of two months’ rentals”; and

6. At page 13: “Mr. K. Law” should read “Mr. K. Lam”.
